LED Aviation Obstruction Lights (aircraft warning lights) are specialized fixtures mounted on tall structures—such as telecommunication towers, chimneys, wind turbines, bridges, and high-rise buildings—to warn pilots of potential air hazards.

1. Classification by Intensity & Height

A. Low-Intensity Lights

• Application Height: Structures up to 45 meters (150 ft).
• Light Color: Red.
• Operating Mode: Night time only.

Types & Luminous Output:

• Type A: Steady red 
• Type B: Steady red
• Type E: Flashing red (20–60 flashes per minute).
• Power Consumption: Very low (typically 3W – 10W).

B. Medium-Intensity Lights (Photo Sensor)

Application Height: Structures between 45 meters to 150 meters (150 ft – 500 ft).

Types & Luminous Output:

• Type A: White flashing
• Type B: Red flashing
• Type C: Red steady burning

Power Consumption: 15W – 50W (depending on day/night mode).

C. High-Intensity Lights(Photo Sensor)

Application Height: Structures exceeding 150 meters (500 ft).

Light Color: Flashing White.

Luminous Output:

• Day: 100,000 – 200,000 CD
• Twilight: 20,000 CD
• Night: 2,000 CD

Power Consumption: 60W – 150W+
